The words &#8220;For Mobile Deposit&#8221;, your signature, and your member number need to appear on the back of the check. The words For Mobile Deposit ensure that the check is not accidentally re-deposited at the branch. The link between your mobile device and TOHEFCU is encrypted to industry standards using multiple layers of security.  <\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1654620837698\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">How will I know when my check has been deposited?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">The easiest way to verify your deposit is to check your membership online to see the deposit credited to your account.  <\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1654620900856\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Are there any types of checks that cannot be deposited?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">The following items cannot be submitted for deposit with Mobile Deposit:<br\/> \u2022 Checks payable to CASH.<br\/> \u2022 Checks payable to any person or entity other than you (i.e., payable to another party then endorsed by you).<br\/> \u2022 Checks are payable to you and another party who is not a joint owner of the account.  <br\/> \u2022 Checks that contain evidence of alteration, or that you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn.  <br\/> \u2022 Checks which are stale dated.<br\/> \u2022 Checks drawn on the same account in which you are depositing.<br\/> \u2022 Checks drawn on foreign banks or foreign financial institutions. <br\/> \u2022 Checks drawn on US Banks or US financial institutions payable in foreign currency.<br\/> \u2022 Any item that is stamped with a non-negotiable watermark.<br\/><\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1654620943923\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Are there any tips for taking a good picture?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Here are some helpful tips to take an accurate picture:<br\/> \u2022 Good lighting<br\/> \u2022 Dark background<br\/> \u2022 Only the check should be visible on the screen <br\/> \u2022 Keep your picture in focus<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1654621225124\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">What do I do if my check is rejected in Mobile Deposit?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">You will receive an email alert with the reason for rejection.  <br\/>Please verify the following:<br\/> \u2022 Your check photos are clear and legible.  <br\/> \u2022 Your check is positioned against a dark background.<br\/> \u2022 The MICR line is visible.<br\/> \u2022 The check number, payee, endorsement, numeric amount, written amount, and MICR line are all readable.<br\/> \u2022 You have a strong data signal or are connected to WIFI.  <br\/><br\/>If the check continues to be rejected, please bring it into the branch or mail it to us for deposit.  <\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1654621439533\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Can I deposit it directly into my savings account?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Checks can only be deposited via Mobile Deposit into a checking account.  You cannot deposit directly into your savings, money market, or any other type of account.
