Member Service Representative (MSR)

The Member Service Representative position is an important front-line role within our Credit Union. MSRs assist members with daily financial transactions while delivering friendly, accurate, and professional service.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account inquiries
• Opening new accounts and explaining Credit Union products and services
• Processing loan and account-related requests
• Answering member questions in person and by phone
• Maintaining accurate records and balancing transactions
• Building strong relationships through exceptional member service

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism and attention to detail
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills
• Prior banking or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
